Stovetop: Thaw in refrigerator overnight*. Place container in a bowl of hot water until warm, or place contents in small pot on low heat. Stir, test temperature and serve.
Microwave: Heat on low for 30-second intervals until warm; if heating from frozen, allow for extra time to reach desired temperature.
