Seedling’s takes great pride in our products, and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from our store. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we make it easy to get exactly what you want.
All returns and exchanges may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you. Non-sale merchandise that is new, unopened, unused and containing all original packaging and accessories may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the date received for a full refund or for store credit (less shipping costs and surcharges). Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date received shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges). All sale merchandise is a final sale and no returns or store credits will be issued for sale merchandise. Additionally, food, music, movies, collectibles, Webkinz, holiday and seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return or store credit. Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of a Seedling’s gift card that will be mailed to the address provided. All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at www.seedlings.com or at our Tampa store location.
Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture, stroller and gear merchandise returned in an opened box. All sale purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available.
Furniture, bedding, lighting and personalized items
Because many of these items are made to order, custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. Custom orders include (but are not limited to) any furniture item, all personalized or monogrammed items and bedding lines. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact us to verify. You have up to 2 business days from the date the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After 2 days custom orders are non-refundable. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all freight shipped furniture items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit and contact us immediately. Claims against damaged items must be made within 3 business days. Unfortunately, claims made after the 3 business day window will not be accepted and are unable to be returned.
If for any reason your custom furniture piece does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Seedling’s reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. You should contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.
Seedling’s does everything possible to assure a smooth and prompt delivery of your furniture and custom items. However, be aware and consider that there are circumstances out of our control that may arise and result in a delay in the production or delivery of your items. We do our best to give accurate lead times for each furniture manufacturer but estimated lead times are not a guarantee of a specific delivery date. We welcome your inquiries as the estimated delivery time approaches and we can follow up to give you a more specific idea of your ship date at that time. Also note that shipping time for freight items (this includes, furniture and some rugs) is approximately 7-15 business days from the time that the item(s) are scheduled for pickup from our manufacturer. We act as your liaison to best assist you in a prompt delivery but again, there are variables that are out of our control as we are considered a third party. We know you'll enjoy the product that is made especially for you!
For mail-in returns:
- Repack the item in its original box. Please do not write on the box.
- Write "return" at the bottom of the duplicate packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. Seedling’s cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call our Customer Service Department at 1-813-251-5111 or info@seedlings.com between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
