When you check out at www.Seedlings.com with $100 or more of merchandise in your shopping cart, your shipping is free. The merchandise total of $100 is before tax and gift wrapping and is only available for shipment to a single U.S. address.

For certain extraordinarily large items (i.e. cribs, rockers, gliders, dressers, book shelves), the shipping will come up as no charge. However, Seedlings will contact the buyer to make shipping arrangements based upon the location it is shipping to.

How long will standard orders take?

Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.



Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 11 a.m. ET. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

How much does it cost?

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) purchased and shipped via UPS.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM PT will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s) purchased and shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 11:00 AM ET / 8:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days. Express delivery to Rural Routes and remote locations typically arrives within 3 to 4 business days.

Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Periodically, Seedling’s offers discount shipping to our customers. Please watch your email for special codes.

What if I only get part of my order?

In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in processing or shipping.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we are able to ship the majority of Seedling’s items to these two states. However, there are some bulky furniture items that cannot be shipped safely to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, Seedling’s customer service will alert you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders can’t be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid physical address during checkout.

How do you ship gift cards?

Gift cards are shipped separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service. There is a flat $1.50 shipping fee to U.S. residents per each shipping address receiving a card. Gift cards usually ship within 2 business days. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery. When calculating your order’s shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.

Are there shipping charges for electronic gift certificates?

Our electronic gift certificates are delivered free of charge to the e-mail address provided within 1 business day, pending order verification and credit approval. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable e-mail address.

What if damages occur during delivery?

While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. We would like to claim that damages do not occur during transit, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our carriers handle your pieces with great care but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur. For pieces arriving by freight, if your piece arrives damaged, the freight company reserves the right to have the piece repaired and brought back to the manufacturer's standards at their expense. They do this by sending the piece to a furniture medic or back to the manufacturer for a repair/rebuild. If the freight carrier determines the piece cannot be repaired, you have the right to be reimbursed for your purchase or have another piece rushed at no additional charge and shipped out to you as soon as possible.
